Most tools remain local previews or read-only mainnet services. Public real-value transactions remain disabled. The separately gated MoonMonth devnet test uses sponsor-paid transactions with valueless assets.

Risk disclosures

The public product is a local/read-only preview. A separately gated MoonMonth console can prepare valueless Solana devnet transactions for an injected wallet to review and sign; it never targets mainnet.

Transaction risk

No transaction signing occurs in the public preview. In the isolated devnet console, a wallet signature authorizes the displayed devnet transaction and the resulting public record cannot be reversed by MoonTools. Verify the devnet cluster, program, accounts, instruction, and fee before signing. Never provide a seed phrase or private key.

Market risk

Current prices, floor estimates, odds, and valuations are local samples or calculations, not live market quotes.

High-risk modules

Paid entry, prizes, gambling or sweepstakes-like mechanics, prediction markets, lending, custody, pooled liquidity, and real swaps remain disabled. Each requires real operator and jurisdiction facts, a written launch matrix, product rules, sanctions and age controls, technical validation, and independent review.

Regulatory and tax risk

Using crypto assets or a smart contract does not remove gambling, lottery, money-transmission, sanctions, consumer-protection, securities, privacy, or tax obligations. Classification depends on the exact operator, users, jurisdictions, consideration, chance, prize, custody, marketing, and asset facts. No paid or prize-bearing feature is approved under this preview.
