Effective August 6, 2026. These preview terms describe the browser-local demonstration, bounded read-only wallet services, and optional product-email preferences. They are not production terms for a paid, custodial, lending, market, or chance-based service.
Most MoonTools workflows are browser-local previews. Selecting a demo wallet does not connect a real wallet or authorize an account. The separate signed-wallet profile verifies control of a public wallet only for holder status, linked-wallet aggregation, and notification preferences; it grants no administrative or transaction authority.
Transfers, swaps, distributions, bids, lending actions, security reviews, raffle entries, and receipts are local planning interactions. They do not request a signature, execute a blockchain action, or change an external account.
Sample listings, assets, balances, analytics, prices, and wallets are not live data. Production provider integrations require separate provider, policy, wallet, and authorization configuration.
Any fee, price, rate, or payout displayed in this build is a local planning estimate, not a quote or charge. No fee, rent, royalty, or network cost is collected.
Monthly Raffle and MoonDraws are available as local preview interfaces only and do not constitute an offer to participate. MoonGumballs, MoonFlip, MoonTailspin, MoonArcade, and MoonMarket remain paused.
Product alerts and the weekly newsletter are optional and off by default. A notification address must be verified separately and does not authenticate an embedded wallet. You may clear the saved address in Settings to disable all categories; newsletter messages must also retain Brevo’s campaign unsubscribe mechanism.
Do not use the preview where prohibited, attempt to disrupt it or its providers, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or treat a demo identity as authority over a real account.
MoonTools software, Moonsters branding, and supplied artwork remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms. The preview grants no right to use brand assets outside evaluation of the application.
Preview modules may be changed, paused, or removed at any time. Material production terms would require a separately published effective date and change notice.
This preview software is provided as-is. Do not rely on it for custody, payments, prize entitlement, market data, or account security decisions.
Operator identity, contact details, governing law, dispute terms, jurisdiction rules, and a counsel-approved limitation structure must be added before public production use. No value-bearing feature may rely on these preview terms.
