These preview terms describe the browser-local demonstration, bounded read-only wallet services, holder-gated collection snapshots, optional product-email preferences, account-data controls, and a separately gated valueless Solana devnet test console. They are not production terms for a paid, custodial, lending, market, or chance-based service.
Most MoonTools workflows are browser-local previews. Selecting a demo wallet does not connect a real wallet or authorize an account. The signed-wallet profile verifies control of a public wallet for holder status, linked-wallet aggregation, premium snapshot access, and notification preferences; that profile signature grants no transaction authority. A separately gated, clearly labeled devnet console may ask an injected wallet to sign a valueless test transaction only after the wallet displays it for review.
Except inside the separately gated devnet console, transfers, swaps, distributions, bids, lending actions, security reviews, raffle entries, and receipts are local planning interactions. They do not request a transaction signature, execute a blockchain action, or change an external account. Devnet transactions are public and irreversible on devnet, use valueless fixtures, and create no prize, payment, or production entitlement.
Sample listings, balances, analytics, prices, and preview wallets are not live data. Premium MoonSnapshot results are a bounded Helius DAS view of indexed public collection ownership and may lag the latest Solana slot. Other production provider integrations require separate provider, policy, wallet, and authorization configuration.
Any fee, price, rate, or payout displayed in this build is a local planning estimate, not a quote or charge. No fee, rent, royalty, or network cost is collected.
MoonMonth and MoonDraws are available as local preview interfaces only and do not constitute an offer to participate. The isolated MoonMonth devnet console is for authorized testing with valueless assets and is not a public promotion, lottery, sweepstakes, wager, or prize offer. MoonGumballs, MoonFlip, MoonTailspin, MoonArcade, and MoonMarket remain paused.
Product alerts and the weekly newsletter are optional and off by default. A notification address must be verified separately and does not authenticate an embedded wallet. You may clear the saved address in Settings to disable all categories; newsletter messages must also retain Brevo’s campaign unsubscribe mechanism.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these preview terms. Do not use the preview where prohibited, attempt to disrupt it or its providers, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, evade access controls or sanctions restrictions, or treat a demo identity as authority over a real account. No paid or prize-bearing participation is offered under these terms.
An authenticated user may download the MoonTools profile and notification choices or permanently delete the profile from Settings. Deletion signs out all sessions and removes linked-wallet and preference records controlled by MoonTools. It cannot alter public Solana records; narrow provider suppression, security, fraud, tax, legal, and rotating-backup records may remain where required for their stated purpose.
Public wallet addresses, devnet transactions, program events, and Solana account history can be observed and retained by independent network participants and cannot be deleted by MoonTools. Vercel, Better Stack, Upstash, Alchemy, Helius, and Brevo may process bounded data for hosting, security, public-chain reads, identity storage, and opted-in delivery as described in the Privacy Notice. Their availability and records are outside MoonTools’ exclusive control.
MoonTools software, Moonsters branding, and supplied artwork remain subject to their respective ownership and license terms. The preview grants no right to use brand assets outside evaluation of the application.
Preview modules may be changed, paused, or removed at any time. Material production terms would require a separately published effective date and change notice.
This preview software is provided as-is. Do not rely on it for custody, payments, prize entitlement, market data, or account security decisions.
Operator identity, contact details, governing law, dispute terms, jurisdiction rules, licensing classification, tax and prize procedures, and a qualified-counsel-approved limitation structure must be added before public production use. No value-bearing feature may rely on these preview terms or on an internal, automated, or owner-only review.
